It has the screen where you can choose speakerphone or add call. It has not worked ever. My husband just switched to the iphone 5 as well, and he has the same problem. We get the beep for an incoming call, but no screen to take the call. Is this an apple issue? Should I have a setting on the iphone 5 to turn off and on the call waiting? I don't have that on my settings, but I know that att&t customers do have that option.
